This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for programmes enrolled through the Institute of Financial Planning & Investment ("IFPI"). It applies to fees paid to IFPI for our coaching and preparation programmes, and does not cover any examination or registration fees payable separately to NISM or any other examination body.
If you cancel your enrolment before your batch begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how far in advance you cancel and any processing or administrative costs already incurred, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the fee paid to IFPI. Exact terms will be confirmed with you at the time of enrolment.
Once classes for your batch have begun, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, as course material, faculty time and batch resources have already been committed. In genuine cases of hardship (for example, a documented medical emergency), please contact us — we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, and may offer a partial credit toward a future batch instead of a cash refund.
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@ifpi.in or call +91 93501 37302 with your name, the programme and batch you enrolled in, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment where possible, typically within 7–14 business days of approval, subject to your bank or payment provider's own processing timelines.
If IFPI needs to reschedule, combine or cancel a batch (for example, due to insufficient enrolment or unavoidable circumstances), we will inform enrolled students as early as possible and offer either a transfer to another batch or a refund of fees paid for that batch.
