These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ifpi.in and your enrolment in any programme offered by the Institute of Financial Planning & Investment ("IFPI", "we", "us", "our"). By using this Site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms.
IFPI is an independent financial-markets training institute based in New Delhi, India, offering courses in NISM exam preparation, technical analysis, derivatives, financial planning and related subjects, delivered online and in the classroom.
Our programmes are intended for students, working professionals and adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in your enrolment and communication with us.
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed only after you have spoken with our counselling team, agreed on the applicable fee for your chosen programme and batch, and completed payment through our official payment process. Fees, batch schedules and offers (including any limited-period discounts) are confirmed at the time of enrolment and may change from batch to batch.
You agree to use this Site and any course material, recordings or notes provided to you solely for your own personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share or commercially exploit any IFPI course material without our prior written consent.
All content on this Site and in our courses — including text, graphics, logos, course material, recordings and the IFPI name and logo — is the property of IFPI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such ownership to you.
IFPI is an independent training institute. Nothing on this Site or in our courses constitutes investment, trading, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product. Any examples, case studies or illustrations used in our teaching are for educational purposes only. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or other qualified professional before making financial or investment decisions.
IFPI does not guarantee that you will pass any examination (including NISM certification exams), obtain any certification, secure any employment or placement, or achieve any particular trading or investment outcome as a result of taking our courses. Results depend on individual effort, aptitude and market conditions, which are outside our control.
NISM certification examinations are conducted independently by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). IFPI is an independent coaching and preparation institute and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by NISM or SEBI. Course fees charged by IFPI are for our preparation programme only and do not include any NISM examination registration or certification fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site, our course material, or reliance on any content provided by us, including any trading, investment or examination outcome.
We may suspend or terminate your access to a programme if you misuse course material, engage in disruptive conduct, or breach these Terms. Our refund and cancellation terms in such cases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
